My name is Echo Gao. I am currently studying MA illustration at University of Edinburgh .

 

In creation, I pay attention to the emotions and feelings conveyed by my works, and I am eager to communicate with the audience through my works. For me, art is the carrier of the spirit, and the process of creation is to visualize what is invisible.

 

I have no specific style of creation. I like to explore comprehensive materials. Nowadays, illustration is not limited by style and materials, and art is even more. I like the particularity of different media and the different feelings it brings to me and  I'm currently in the process of exploring my own visual language.
